User Research Session Brief
Copy this for each session — one brief per participant per round. It ties together the Teams transcript, the Cloudflare Access login log, and the feedback form via the Round number. Seven sections, read in order or jump to any.
The Round number is the join key. It appears in the session details, in the feedback form (hidden field), and in your notes — so every piece of evidence for an iteration links up.
